Dr. Aaron Ketcher has been a practicing Nurse Anesthesiologist since 2008, and a Family Nurse Practitioner since 2017. He specializes in Interventional Pain Management (for both acute and chronic conditions, including injuries), Hormone Therapy (including Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy or BHRT), Weight Management, and Regenerative Therapies (such as Platelet Rich Plasma [PRP] and Peptides).
Dr. Aaron Ketcher, received his Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Tennessee, and completed his Fellowship in Advanced Pain Management from the University of South Florida. His Fellowship in Stem Cell and Regenerative Therapies and Certification in Peptide Therapies and Weight Management were completed through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He was the first Nurse Anesthesiologist in Arizona to be board certified in Non-Surgical Pain Management, and the only Nurse Anesthesiologist in Arizona to be Fellowship trained in Stem Cell Therapies.
Since 2001, Dr. Aaron Ketcher has been married to his incredible wife Ardith, and they have 6 “very active” children. In Dr. Aaron Ketcher, spare time (which is rare), he enjoys racing in triathlons and running events with his wife and family, flying, and playing the occasional round of golf.

Michael Compton DC, MSN, FNP-C, MUA-C

Dr. Michael Compton has been a Chiropractor since 2010. He recognized that he wanted to be able to treat patients more comprehensively. So, in 2013, he went back to school to become a Family Nurse Practitioner. He specializes in Pain Management (for both acute/chronic pain, including injuries), Brain Injury Medicine, Weight Management, Hormone Therapy (including BHRT), Sexual Health, and some aesthetic procedures, including Mesotherapy, for facial rejuvenation and hair restoration.
He received his Doctor of Chiropractic Medicine from Northwestern Health Science University, and his Master of Science in Nursing from Herzing University. He completed board certification in Pain Management from the American Academy of Procedural Medicine, and is board eligible in Functional Neurology from the American College of Functional Neurology. He also completed a Fellowship in Stem Cell and Regenerative Therapies and Certification in Peptide Therapies through the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. He is actively involved in postgraduate education on the study of traumatology of injuries that result in liability litigation and chronic pain. He occasionally provides expert witness testimony and independent medical examination services for both plaintiff and defense counsel on liability and industrial claims.
Dr. Compton is married to his beautiful wife Pooja, and they have one incredible son. They also have two dogs. He enjoys exercising, food, and spending time with his family and friends.

Veronica Maldonado
Practice Manager
Born and raised in Arizona, she graduated from Mesa High School in 2002. Even before graduating high school, she was already working in the medical field as a filing clerk. That is when she developed her passion for the healthcare field.
For the past 20 years she has worked in many different positions, in various specialties such as Family Practice, Ophthalmology, and Gastroenterology. By working in different areas of the medical field, she has gained a lot of experience and developed a very broad skillset. From management to financial operations, her skills make her an invaluable asset!
Veronica is always happy, always smiling, and loves to make sure everyone around her is happy and smiling as well! She loves spending time with her family and friends, and is a huge Arizona Cardinals fan. She is fluent in Spanish.
We are lucky to have her leading the Renew Health team!

MaryAnn Infantino, LE
Treatment Coordinator
MaryAnn has over 19 years of experience in the skin and healthcare field. After earning her diploma in Esthetics from her native home of Ontario, Canada, she moved to Arizona and became licensed as an Esthetician. She continued to pursue education and training in such areas as: Acute/chronic injury (using cutting edge technologies like laser and shockwave therapies), and in various neurologic testing and rehabilitation modalities.
MaryAnn provides an unsurpassed level of customer service! She has a gift to help our patients feel relaxed and comfortable while receiving treatment. She strengthens and maintains relationships with our patients, built upon trust and high-quality patient care. There is no greater satisfaction for MaryAnn than knowing she has helped a patient achieve a greater result than what they were hoping or expecting. Our patients absolutely love MaryAnn!
In her free time, she loves to paddleboard, travel, laugh, dance and be in nature. She is married to her husband, Mark, and they have two dogs, Micky and Grace!
Rachel Gonzalez, MA
Medical Assistant – Phlebotomy Certified
Rachel is one of our wonderful medical assistants. She’s a native Arizonan, born and raised in Chandler. She graduated from Chandler High School in 2017. After high school, she attended Arizona College, graduating in 2019 as a Medical Assistant with phlebotomy certification.
You can typically find her traveling around the State, helping Dr. Compton stay organized. Our patients love her! She is also fluent in Spanish.
Rachel enjoys spending time with her 3-year-old son.

Hanna Hoffman ADN, RN
Director of Nursing
Hanna is fun, energetic, always on top of things, and makes sure the team is getting its work done! Influenced by her wonderful mother, who is also a nurse, she started working in the medical field as a 16-year-old nursing assistant. She went on to become a practical nurse, then graduated from nursing school in Lake Havasu City as a registered nurse. She is currently working on her Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from Aspen University.
She has worked in many areas of healthcare, from skilled nursing facilities to the emergency room. Most recently she was working in the surgery department at a rural hospital, where she met Dr. Ketcher, and has been working with him ever since.
When not working (which isn’t often, she works hard!) she enjoys camping, crafting, and riding motorcycles. She also has a great taste in music, and loves art! Her nickname is “Sleeves” (you can ask her why!). We love having Hanna on our team!
Lauren Johnston BSN, RN
Registered Nurse
Lauren has been a nurse since 2012, graduating originally from Northland Pioneer College, and then completing a BSN at Grand Canyon University. The majority of her nursing career has been spent in the peri-operative area, so she’s well experienced to handle all sorts of critical situations. She has known and worked with Dr. Ketcher since 2012, where they met at her first nursing position.
She is a wonderful mother and loves staying active. She regularly participates in various races, including Spartan and triathlon – where she’s even won a few events! She was a high school competitive pole vaulter – you’ll definitely want to ask about that as you don’t meet those kinds of athletes every day!
Katie Thompson BSN, RN
Registered Nurse
Katie has been a nurse since 2014 after receiving her BSN from Grand Canyon University. She spent her first year in the hospital setting as a telemetry nurse. After her first year, Katie switched over to the peri-operative setting, and has been working in this area ever since. She has also been in management rolls for several surgery centers in Arizona. Katie met Dr. Ketcher in 2015 during her first year as a peri-operative nurse.
Katie loves to spend time with her family and loved ones, which includes many nieces and nephews, and attending their various activities. One of her favorite hobbies is sports, and she loves to watch and attend various sporting events throughout the year. She is very active and enjoys hiking and playing volleyball. Katie also enjoys the outdoors and loves to hunt and fish with her family. Random fact- Katie once caught a home run at a professional baseball game when she was 12 years old! Ask her about it!
Leroy Brown RT(R)
Chief Radiation Technologist
Leroy is our Chief Radiation Technologist. He has been an RT since 2015, and has become well known for his fluoroscopy skills in the musculoskeletal field. This skill is incredibly important. Because he can acquire the right image of the right area in minimal time, the total radiation dose required to perform the injections in minimalized. He has worked with Dr. Ketcher since 2015, even traveling out-of-state with him when needed (even though he hates flying).
Leroy is married with 2 children. He is a music connoisseur, and usually is in charge of song selection during procedures. Leroy is a master at helping patients feel comfortable and at ease.
